It is our mission to provide our clients with a calm and relaxing environment. With all respect, we kindly request our guests to observe our Spa Policies. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.
I encourage you to read these policies thoroughly before booking your first appointment to ensure I am the right fit for you. The policy is the policy, and it is enforced 100% of the time. I work by appointment only, meaning I make plans to be there specifically to provide services for you. The policy must be acknowledged when booking online, and reminders will be sent. Thank you for understanding!
Solo Esthetician Notice
As a solo esthetician, I personally manage all appointments, services, phone calls, and emails at Zap Beauty Bar. This means I do not have any employees and can only take one appointment at a time.
Because I am focused on giving each client my full attention during their service, I kindly ask for your understanding that I may not be available to answer calls or emails immediately.
Booking Appointments: To book your appointment, please use the online booking system, or feel free to leave a message, and I will get back to you as soon as I am available.
Phone Calls & Emails: I will respond to phone calls and emails as promptly as possible, but please note that responses may be delayed when I’m in session with clients.

Communication Policy
Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response to inquiries. I strive to respond as promptly as possible, but during busy periods, there may be a slight delay. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciate
Visitor Policy
To ensure a comfortable and focused environment, please do not bring extra guests to your appointment unless they are receiving services. No kids unless they are receiving services and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

I reserve the right to adjust my policies, pricing, and schedule, as well as add or remove services, at any time.
Any changes will be communicated as needed to ensure transparency and maintain trust.
I also reserve the right to refuse service and ban clients from future appointments if necessary to maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment.
Refund Policy
At Zap Beauty Bar, we are committed to delivering exceptional services and high-quality products. Please note the following policies:
No Refunds: All services, products, packages, and memberships are non-refundable. Once purchased or rendered, we cannot provide refunds under any circumstances.
Non-Transferable: Packages and memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.
By purchasing a service, product, package, or membership, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you with care and dedication.
FIRST VISIT? GREAT, WELCOME!!!
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and to go over your forms. Forms to fill out will be emailed to you prior to your appointment, print and fill out all required forms before your arrival. If you are unable to complete the paperwork before your visit, please arrive early, have a seat in the waiting area and fill them out.
BOOKING SERVICES
Booking for services, you can book your appointment online, by phone, email or in person. We do require a $25 non-refundable deposit on the service of your choosing to secure your appointment time which will go towards the cost of your service. Appointments are currently booked up to two months out. We recommend scheduling in advance to secure your spot.
Appointment Confirmations
Please ensure all your information on file is accurate. Aesthetic Record will send a reminders before your appointment. Kindly confirm or cancel upon receiving the reminder.
Good Faith Exam (GFE)
When booking a service that requires a Good Faith Exam (GFE), please be aware that our Medical Director will reach out to you to schedule the exam. The GFE must be completed prior to your appointment date in order for us to proceed with your scheduled service.
We kindly ask that you make time for this important step to ensure your safety and the best possible care. Thank you for your cooperation!
Waitlist
If my schedule is fully booked, you may place yourself on the waitlist. If someone reschedules, you will receive a notification to book the available time slot. You will have one hour to respond and secure the booking. If you do not respond, the opportunity will go to the next person on the waitlist. Ensure your contact information is accurate. Waitlist is first come, first served. Members have priority booking and are placed ahead of non-members.*
Deposits
A $25 non-refundable deposit per service is required to book an appointment and will be applied toward the final payment. If an invoice is sent, payment must be made within 24 hours; otherwise, the appointment will be automatically canceled.
Deposits will only be refunded if I am responsible for the cancellation.
If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
You may reschedule up to two times without requiring a new deposit. After that, a new deposit will be required for each rescheduling.

Payment Plans via Cherry:
Get pre-approved for a Cherry payment plan before your next treatment or product purchase worth over $200.
Qualify for up to $10,000 with 3-24 month payment plans and no hard credit check.
Once approved, text or call me to complete the checkout process.
Invalid Credit Cards
If your credit card on file is declined, an invoice will be sent via email or text. Failure to make payment within 24 hours will result in the inability to book another appointment until the balance is paid.
Your payment information will be securely saved for future transactions, including deposits, membership purchases, and recurring billing.
Sick Policy
If you are feeling unwell (e.g., recent surgeries, cold sores, cough, fever, or general discomfort), please notify me, and we will reschedule. Everyone’s health is my top priority.
Appointment Arrival Policy
At Zap Beauty Bar, we strive to provide the best possible experience for all clients. To ensure safety, satisfaction, and smooth operations, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:
Arrivals: We encourage you to arrive at your scheduled appointment time. While you may arrive 5–10 minutes early, please wait patiently in the designated waiting area. Early or late arrivals (except for your first visit) may cause overlaps with other clients, which we aim to avoid.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive later than scheduled, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not guaranteed. Punctuality is essential to ensure the effectiveness and safety of your treatments.
Late Fees:
Arriving up to 15 minutes late will incur a $20 late fee, in addition to the full service price.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in appointment cancellation and require rescheduling, along with a $25 rebooking fee per service.
Client Courtesy: If another client is scheduled immediately after your appointment, we will not inconvenience them by rushing your service or cutting into their time.
If you anticipate being late, please call or text me as soon as possible. Your cooperation helps ensure a seamless experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding!
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your appointments are very important to us at Zap Beauty Bar. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice for adjustments to your appointments. Please understand that when you cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time slot, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee per scheduled service.
Canceled appointments result in forfeited deposits.
You may reschedule up to two times without paying a deposit again. After that, a $25 non-refundable rebooking fee per service will be required for each subsequent rescheduling.
No-Show Policy
Any missed appointments (no-shows) will incur a 80% charge of the scheduled service(s) and no-show will result in being unable to book with me in the future.

Alongside regular treatments, it is crucial to maintain a proper skincare routine using professional products recommended for your skin type. These products are carefully selected to address your concerns and maximize treatment benefits.With dedication, you'll notice positive changes in your skin's condition.
