Shipping and Returns
Zap Beauty Bar will do its best to ensure your package is handled with care.
We will ship to the address provided and, whenever possible, provide a tracking number so you can follow your order to your door. Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot replace these items, as we take every precaution to ensure your order is delivered directly to you.
If you require additional shipping services, such as extra insurance or signature confirmation, please let us know.
We are happy to add these services to your order at an additional cost.

Shipping Promotions
Orders that qualify for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via our Standard service only. These promotions are available for shipments within the contiguous U.S. states and exclude Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, and oversized packages.
All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging, and transportation.
Total delivery time includes processing and carrier transit time. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Standard Shipping
Our Standard Shipping combines the services of UPS, USPS, and several regional carriers to deliver packages efficiently, including on Saturdays and business days. Tracking information, provided in your confirmation or shipment emails, will indicate the estimated delivery date.
This shipping method is available for shipments to the contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and PO Boxes. Please note that shipments outside the contiguous U.S. states may experience longer transit times.
Expedited and Premium Shipping
Expedited and Premium shipping methods are available for shipments to contiguous U.S. states, as well as Alaska and Hawaii.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed for shipment within 3 to 9 business days.
International Shipping
Zap Beauty Bar does not currently ship to international addresses.
Local Pickup
We offer a local pickup option for clients within the same region, providing a cost-effective alternative to shipping.
As a small business operating out of a rented space, we focus on efficiency and personalized service. While we do not maintain a physical inventory on-site, we are happy to provide convenient pickup options at our salon location.

Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final.
Merchandise cannot be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange unless it is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped.
No product can be returned without prior authorization. To request authorization, contact us at zapbeautybar@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Please include your order number and photos of the damage, if applicable.
Cancellation Policy
Zap Beauty Bar begins processing your order immediately after you click the SUBMIT ORDER button. Because of this, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
