Membership Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time.

Membership Freeze Option:

Memberships can be frozen for up to 3 months, twice in a 12-month period.
When you unfreeze your membership, it must remain active for 30 days before being eligible for another freeze.
While frozen, you can redeem accumulated services but cannot access other benefits (e.g., discounts, referral programs and more).
At least one payment must be made before freezing eligibility.

Additional Policies:

Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Members are responsible for updating address, contact, or payment information with Zap Beauty Bar.
Guests must adhere to spa rules and policies. Memberships may be canceled at Zap Beauty Bar's discretion for violations.
Zap Beauty Bar is not liable for lost or stolen property.

Non-Discrimination Policy:
Zap Beauty Bar does not deny membership based on race, gender, religion, or appearance.

To maintain a safe and respectful environment for all members, we enforce the following abuse policy:

Definition of Abuse:
Abuse includes, but is not limited to:
- Misuse of membership/package benefits.
- Violation of spa policies or code of conduct.
- Disruptive or disrespectful behavior towards staff or other members.
- Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation.
- Fraudulent practices regarding memberships/packages.
Consequences of Abuse:
- Immediate cancellation of membership/packages without a refund.
- Revocation of all membership privileges.
- Prohibition from joining future memberships/packages.
Policy Enforcement:
- Staff is trained to apply this policy fairly and consistently.
- Zap Beauty Bar reserves the right to take appropriate action based on the severity of the misconduct.

By joining Zap Beauty Bar, members agree to adhere to these terms. Updates or modifications to this policy will be communicated promptly.
